Prashant Pandey talks about his latest song Lamha Lamha

Lyricist Prashant Pandey, known for O Sajni Re from Laapataa Ladies, has opened up about writing Lamha Lamha for Aspirants Season 3.
Pandey revealed that the brief was “interesting but tricky,” as the song needed to capture both romance and separation. He crafted a unique hook that works in both emotional states, with slight lyrical variations between the original and reprise versions. The track, composed by Sangeet Siddharth, was developed in close collaboration with director Deepesh.
To connect with the narrative, Pandey revisited the earlier seasons of the show and aligned the lyrics with its emotional tone. Calling the experience “full-circle,” he shared that he had long admired The Viral Fever and its shows. The lyricist added that the response to both the song and the series has been heartening.
