Bigg Boss Nau: Salman Khan gets candid

On hosting Bigg Boss season after season

"After you host the show for three months, you get exhausted. But then there is a long association and there is huge connect with the audience inside as well as with the team. So you start missing the entire thing after sometime. I think this show is a window to where the youth of our country is going. Like the rich and famous celebrities who go inside the house they are not afraid to anything on TV. Some do it subtly but some do it over dramatically. So this show is the window of our country and since you guys love the show. Most of the people who have come out of the house are working. It gives me great pleasure in guiding them in the right direction. Sometimes when they go over board, I feel why am I even telling them. Am I their father or brother, why should I tell them. But then I feel when they are going over board I should stop them as this will not give them work in the industry. Sometimes I get a lot of criticism for getting into this which is not my space. Like when Mr. Bachchan was the host, whatever happened in the house he just didn't react to it. But I get involved. Every time I think I will not do the show is only because it starts affecting me. However, I think it is a good show. Its about people about relationships and If I am able to share the experiences from my life then why not. That's my only reason to return to 'Bigg Boss' over and over again."

Did not like the title, Double Trouble

"I earlier did not agree with the title at all. I though there is always trouble in my life so this time it will come double. But then they explained it to me that it is a concept of the show and it will be in a fun way."

On Shah Rukh Khan and him coming together for Bigg Boss

"A film with SRK and me on the same day is a possibility (Laughs). It means if he has the dates, and if he wants to come on the show then he is more than welcome. He wants to come and go spend some time with the contestants, he's more than welcome."

"So I would put it not as I would love him and I want him to come on the show, because it is carried away in a different thing and there is pressure put there. But if he's coming, he should come, promote, have fun, go inside, chit-chat with the contestants, give them his life's experiences, he's got a lot of experience in his life," he said.

On Bigg Boss' on-air date clashing with Big B's birthday

"It just a coincidence. But since you guys are saying we will take a credit. Since Amit has host the show before but we thought of giving him a tribute. So this is our way to show him that we respect him."

My living room is the country

"In 'Bigg Boss' as an actor I don't use anything. Not one percent of acting that I do in films you will see in this show. There are times when they cut off the stuff I say. Because I know that is my life and I am sharing it with this people. So there is nothing as Salman as a star or an actor, its always Salman as a person. In fact I sometime I forget what I am with my friends in my living room is I am with everyone. My bed room is my bed room. My living room is the country."

Salman Khan ignores question on Aishwarya Rai Bachchan

Salman Khan, who was present at the launch of 'Bigg Boss Nau' was seen dodging a question about ex flame Aishwarya Rai Bachchan.

When asked whether his former girlfriend will be seen on the show to promote her comeback film 'Jazbaa', the actor first ignored the question. However, when probed further, he said, "This has to be the last question before the PR people take away the mike. Claps for the question. Jazbaati sawal kar diya (emotional question was asked).

Minutes after the question, Salman was seen singing a song from his own film 'Aate Jaate Joh Milta Hai Tumsa Lagta Hai, Hum Toh Pagal Ho Jaayenge, Aisa Lagta hai, Tere Pyaar Mein, Tere Intezaar Mein...
