The CNG variant of the Maruti Suzuki Dzire comes powered by a 1.2-litre engine with a peak power of 76 bhp. Maruti Suzuki offers a claimed mileage of 31.12 km/kg.
The Maruti Suzuki Ciaz dual-tone MT variant is priced at Rs 11.15 lakh and the automatic variant costs Rs 12.35 lakh (both prices are ex-showroom). Under the hood, the 2023 Maruti Suzuki Ciaz is powered by a 1.5-litre four-cylinder engine, generating 104 bhp@6,000 rpm and 138 Nm@4,400 rpm. The company claims that the Maruti Suzuki Ciaz offers a mileage of 20.65 kmpl (MT) and 20.04 kmpl (AT), respectively.
The Tata Tigor is propelled by a 1.2-litre petrol engine with 83 bhp power. It offers a claimed mileage of 19 kmpl. On the other hand, the CNG variant makes use of a 72 bhp 1 .2-litre petrol engine and delivers a mileage of 26.49 kmpl.
The Tata Tigor price starts from Rs 6.19 lakh and goes up to Rs 8.90 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).
Priced from Rs 6.89 lakh to Rs 9.48 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi), the Honda Amaze is offered in three variants - E, S and VX. Powering the Amaze is a 1.2-litre i-VTEC petrol engine that generates 90 PS @ 6000 rpm and 110 Nm @ 4800 rpm.
The Honda Amaze MT variant offers a mileage of 18.6 kmpl, while the CVT variant provides a claimed mileage of 18.3 kmpl.
Hyundai Motor India recently launched the 2023 Hyundai Aura at an introductory price of Rs 6,29,600 in India. The higher-spec SX (1.2 Petrol+CNG MT) variant is priced at Rs 8,87,400 (both prices are ex-showroom).
Hyundai claims that the Aura petrol variant delivers a fuel efficiency of 20.7 kmpl, while the CNG variant offers a mileage of 26 km/kg.
Offered in two trims - V and ZX, the 2023 Honda City e:HEV is powered by a 1.5-litre Atkinson-Cycle DOHC i-VTEC petrol engine with a Lithium-ion battery and an engine- linked direct coupling clutch.
The strong hybrid generates a peak power of 126 PS and a max torque of 253 Nm. It offers a claimed fuel efficiency of 27.13 kmpl and is available at a starting price of Rs 18.89 lakh (ex-showroom) in India.
Under the hood, powering the 2023 Verna is a 1.5-litre NA petrol engine and a new 1.5-litre turbo petrol engine. The 1.5-litre MPi petrol engine offers a claimed fuel efficiency of 18.60 kmpl (MT) and 19.60 kmpl (IVT), while the new 1.5-litre turbo GDI petrol engine delivers a mileage of 20 kmpl (MT) and 20.60 kmpl (DCT).
Hyundai Motor India recently launched its new-gen Verna in the Indian market at an introductory price of Rs 10.89 lakh (ex-showroom), while the top-spec variant is priced at Rs 17.38 lakh (both prices are ex-showroom).
