Tata Sierra SUV launch Live Updates: Engine options, pricing, features & more

The SUV uses Tata’s new four-spoke steering wheel from the Curvv, complete with an illuminated logo and touch controls. Key features include iRA connected tech with a Snapdragon chip and 5G support, OTA updates, a 12.3-inch passenger display, a 10.5-inch central screen, a digital instrument cluster, and a 12-speaker JBL setup with a sound bar, Dolby Atmos and 18 sound modes. It also gets Arcade app support, the HypAR head-up display, dual-zone climate control, a panoramic sunroof, mood lighting, wireless charging, rear sunshades and a 360-degree camera.

The Tata Sierra features the slimmest LED headlamp ever fitted to a production car in India, using a 17 mm bi-LED module.

The 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine is paired with a 6-speed automatic and a manual option as well. It produces 160 PS and 255 Nm. The 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol comes with a 6-speed manual and a 7-speed DCA. This unit makes 106 PS and 145 Nm.

The 1.5-litre turbo-diesel is offered with both a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed automatic. It delivers 118 PS, with torque rated at 260 Nm for the manual and 280 Nm for the automatic.

The Tata Sierra will be offered with three engines: a 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol, a 1.5-litre turbocharged direct-injection petrol, and a 1.5-litre diesel.
