The ever-growing trend of social media has resulted in people constantly trying to find different ways to earn validation and gain popularity on such platforms. This also results in people adopting stupid methods to do so, often stepping out of the line and breaking a few rules. One such video has gone viral showing a Made-in-India DC Avanti sports car being driven rashly somewhere around Gurugram, before hitting the divider and then turning and crashing another SUV!

Take a look at the viral video below -

The DC Avanti is first being shown driven in a zig-zag manner, and appears to be a part of a rally for Independence Day celebrations. A host of other modified cars can be seen surrounding the DC Avanti, with multiple people either hanging out of the windows, or standing out of the sunroof of the vehicles. The driver of the Avanti appears to lose control of the sports car as he drives zig-zag on the road, and the vehicle goes and rams into the divider on the right.

That's not all! After hitting the divider, the blue-coloured Avanti turns to the left, hitting a Kia Sonet SUV with a person popping their head out of the sunroof of the latter. While the Avanti drags the Sonet along with it, the latter manages to gain control of the vehicle, and the DC Avanti goes and hits the divider on the left, coming to a complete halt.

Yet again, this simply goes on to prove how acts of hooliganism in the name of patriotism or celebrations can turn ugly in a matter of seconds, putting not only yours but the life of others in danger. TOI Auto urges its readers to stay away from such stupid acts and follow all traffic rules when out on public roads.Discover everything about the automotive world at Times of India.
