Omega Seiki launches M1KA 1.0 electric truck: Check price, battery, other details

NEW DELHI: Omega Seiki Pvt. Ltd. (OSPL) has launched its new M1KA 1.0 electric truck at the Bharat Mobility 2025 exhibition. The vehicle is priced at Rs 6.99 lakh (introductory) and is designed to cater to the 1-tonne commercial vehicle segment. Pre-bookings are open at Rs 49,999, and deliveries are scheduled to begin in April 2025.

The M1KA 1.0 is equipped with a PMSM powertrain and offers battery capacity options of 10.24 kWh, 15 kWh, and 21 kWh. It delivers a peak power output of 13 kW and a peak torque of 67 Nm. The range varies between 90 km, 120 km, and 170 km, depending on the selected battery. It has a gradeability of 20% and a maximum speed of 50 kmph. The truck features an automatic gearbox, disc front brakes, and drum rear brakes. The payload capacity is 850 kg, with a maximum GVW of 1750 kg. Other features include a hydraulic power steering system, a ground clearance of 175 mm, and compatibility with E-Pump/Type 6 DC fast charging.

The M1KA 1.0 is being manufactured at Omega Seiki’s existing facility in Faridabad. The company is establishing a new manufacturing plant in Chakan, Pune. This plant, scheduled to be operational by late 2025, will expand the company’s production capacity from 5,000 to 25,000 units annually.

Omega Seiki Pvt. Ltd. also showcased the M1KA 3.0 electric truck and the All-New 2025 Stream City at the event. The M1KA 3.0, featuring advanced specifications and an extended range, is designed for larger logistics operations.

The All-New 2025 Stream City is an electric passenger vehicle equipped with a fast-charging battery, onboard charger, IoT integration, LED headlights, and TFT displays.

OSPL is offering financing options for the M1KA 1.0 with competitive interest rates. The vehicle comes with a standard warranty of 5 years or 1.5 lakh km, whichever is earlier.
