Generation Speed 2025 announced: Events, tickets, and top things to experience
The inaugural edition of Generation Speed motoring festival has been announced. The event will make its grand debut on February 22 and 23, 2025, at the Aamby Valley Air Strip near Lonavala. Conceptualized by the creators of India Bike Week, this festival is aiming to bring together car and bike enthusiasts from across the country.
The organizers have said that whether you’re passionate about sports cars, vintage classics, off-roaders, or modified rides, the festival promises something for everyone. There will be over 200 iconic vehicles on display, including rare classics, race cars, and cutting-edge supercars.
A dedicated family zone, complete with a Kids Pavilion and cosplay events, will also ensure that families can enjoy the festival together. The evenings will come alive with live music and DJ performances, set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Sahyadri mountains.
Tickets for the event are now live. Early Bird pricing is available until January 26, with a Day Pass starting at Rs 995, providing single-day access and general parking. A Weekend Pass, priced at Rs 2,295, includes access for both days, complimentary parking, and a food and beverage voucher worth Rs 500. After January 26, general admission prices rise, with Day Passes costing Rs 1,495 and Rs 1,995 during subsequent phases, while Weekend Passes increase to Rs 2,495 and Rs 2,995, respectively.
Families can opt for the Family Pass at Rs 4,495, which includes entry for two adults and two children (under 16), seated pavilion access, family parade participation, and Rs 1,000 in F&B vouchers. Car clubs can take advantage of the Club Package at Rs 2,295 per person (minimum 10 tickets), offering exclusive access to the Club Pavilion, parking for up to five vehicles, and a GS merchandise pack. For premium experiences, the GS Ultra Pass at Rs 6,995 grants paddock privileges, premium parking, gourmet dining, and festival merchandise, while the GS Platinum Pass at Rs 5.5 lakh delivers the ultimate luxury with helicopter transfers, a stay at a premium hotel, concierge services, and exclusive driving experiences.
