A rendering based on leaked images has given an insight on how the 2017 edition of the Marurti Suzuki Swift may look like. Expected to go on sale next year, the car promises to bring in several changes in its latest avatar.

Riding high on the success of the Baleno and Brezza in India, Maruti Suzuki seems to be focusing on designing the new Swift on the lines similar to a hatchback while essentially still being a compact vehicle. The car appears to have borrowed styling cues from the Baleno and is expected to be lighter by close to 100 kgs than the existing model. As a result, the Swift 2017 is expected to be not just a looker but a performer with improved mileage.

Dear Sir, Maruti supposed to be a trusted brand but it seems TRUST is not the part of the brand anymore. I bought a new Swift VDI car, number DL2F AK 0029, on 27th Feb 2015. From the past 3 months I have been consistently facing problems in the engine- Chamber leakage and noise. I have contacted Maruti Service center at Naraina. Initially, they did not check my car properly and returned to me without solving my problem permanently. After going to them repeatedly then only they took my case seriously and started looking after my case. So, far in 8 visits they have opened the engine of car several times and changed 50% of its parts. Still the problem has NOT been solved and my car is still at your service center. Seems it is a manufacturing defects and because so many times the engine has been opened I requested them to provide me a new car. But the service center neither solving my problem nor providing me any solution to my problem. I am seriously thinking to approach the consumer court and get this sorted out legally as I feel cheated by Maruti. I am attaching some of the pics for your reference. I need immediate attention from Maruti''s management to sort out my matter as I don''t have any more patience. Regards Gursharan Singh, Mob- 09818137574.
