Mercedes-Benz
has launched new
Urban Sport
variants in its CLA line-up. The new
CLA 200
Urban Sport (petrol) has been priced at Rs 35.99 lakh and the CLA 200 d Urban Sport (diesel) comes with a price tag of Rs 36.99 lakh (both ex-showroom).
With a sportier styling and added new features, as compared to a standard
Mercedes-Benz CLA
, the Urban Sport variants have been introduced to attract young customers.
The
CLA Urban Sport
comes with a new 'Cosmos Black' exterior paint, carbon-style rear spoiler and a 'Sport' badge. Inside, the version has 'Sport' floor mats and illuminated door sills.a
Alongside the cosmetic changes, the new variants offer Thermotronic two-zone automatic climate control with individual climate comfort for driver and front passenger. Rear centre vents have been provided for improved climate comfort in the rear.

. "The new CLA Urban Sport offers enhanced luxury and comfort and add a sporty appeal that is hard to miss."
There is no mechanical change in the model. The CLA 200 Urban Sport comes with the 184PS, 2.0-litre petrol engine which makes it capable of doing a 0-100kmph sprint in just 7.1 seconds and claiming a top speed of 240kmph. The
CLA 220 d
Urban Sport takes 9 seconds for a 0-100kmph sprint with a 136PS, 2.1-litre
diesel engine
and claims a top speed of 220kmph.
