The 2019

Kawasaki Z650

comes with a new black livery and has been priced at Rs 5.29 lakh (ex-showroom). With an ex-showroom price tag of Rs 7.68 lakh, the 2019

Kawasaki Z900

remains one of the most affordable in-line four superbikes in India and it gets three new colour schemes - grey/black with red frame and wheel rims; white/black and black with green frame and black wheel rims.

Besides these cosmetic changes, there is nothing new in the motorcycles. The new Z650 retains the same liquid-cooled, parallel-twin engine which delivers 68PS of power and 65.7Nm of torque. Based on a trellis steel frame -- which weighs just 15kg, -- the motorcycle gets features such as dual front disc brakes, Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) and assist & slipper clutch.

It also gets a trellis frame but with more premium features like 41mm inverted telescopic forks up front and a rear monoshock suspension, both with rebound damping and spring preload adjustability. It too comes with features like dual front disc brakes, ABS, assist & slipper clutch but has a wider 180 section rear tyre.
