Hyundai India
has released a teaser image on social media tantalising people with 'New Age Arriving' tagline. The image has received a lot of comments on the company's Facebook page with most of the people pointing towards the launch of new
Verna.
The dark image released by the company shows headlights of a car with a shimmering
Hyundai
logo. The front grille looks like that of a hatchback giving the car a muscular look. The Facebook post has a URL where takes a user to a form where interested people an fill in their details and they will receive updates about Hyundai's future products.

Hyundai had unveiled a concept sedan at the 2016 Beijing Auto Show - one that the next generation of Verna would be based on. The concept car showcased Hyundai's Fluidic Design Sculpture 2.0 and drew appreciation from car enthusiasts and experts alike.
Verna in India has gone through several facelifts and has done well for itself in its segment. In recent years though, it has faced tough competition from Honda City and Maruti's Ciaz. The all-new Verna though is expected to find its way to Indian shores by end of 2017. On the appearance front, the Verna may bring in big changes to the front as well as the back, and make it sportier.
Hyundai, though, has not revealed if big changes can be expected under the hood.
The Korean auto giant is currently riding high on the success of
Creta
- launched mid-2015.
