Royal Enfield patents Flying Flea S6 Scrambler design in India: All you need to know
Royal Enfield has taken another step in its electric motorcycle plans by registering the design patent for the Flying Flea S6 Scrambler in India. This model is expected to be launched in the Indian market in the latter half of 2026. The Flying Flea S6 is based on the C6 platform and was previously showcased in India at Motoverse 2025. With the patent now filed, the S6’s India debut appears to be moving closer.Design-wise, the Flying Flea S6 resembles the C6 but features scrambler-styled changes over its sibling that was showcased last year. It features a long, flat seat, circular mirrors, a beak-like front fender, USD forks, a rear monoshock and a clean look overall. The bike runs a 19-inch front and 18-inch rear spoke wheel combination, wrapped in dual-purpose tyres.

Royal Enfield has also showcased a Carbon variant with carbon fibre components, although the company has not confirmed whether this version will make it to production.One of the standout elements of the Flying Flea S6 is its battery housing. The electric motorcycle features a multi-finned magnesium battery casing, designed to help with heat management.
As of now, details related to battery capacity, motor output and riding range have not been disclosed.The motorcycle gets a round TFT touchscreen display. It runs on an in-house operating system powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon QWM2290 processor. The screen provides access to vehicle information, navigation, ride modes and connected features. Besides that, the model also gets selectable ride modes, traction control and integrated navigation. While Royal Enfield has not announced an official launch date, the Flying Flea S6 is currently expected to arrive in India in Q4 2026. More details about the battery, motor specifications and final production features are likely to be revealed closer to the launch.
