Ola Electric, a Bengaluru-based EV manufacturer recently announced it has registered a massive YoY sales growth of 375% in July 2023 as against the same period last year. According to Vahan data, Ola Electric sold around 19,000 units in July 2023, registering a market share of 40 percent.

Further, he added, "As we enter August, we are excited about the deliveries of S1 Air and our much-awaited annual flagship event with many exciting announcements to come.”
The company said that the Ola S1 Air recorded over 50,000 bookings within a few days of opening the purchase window. Following the high demand and requests to extend the availability of the electric scooter,
Ola Electric has extended the Rs 1.1 lakh offer to all customers till August 15, 2023.
Featuring design elements from its predecessors, the S1 and S1 Pro, the Ola S1 Air is equipped with a 3 kWh battery, offering a certified range of 125 km and a top speed of 90 kmph. The electric motor generates a peak power of 6 hp.
