Electric vehicle manufacturer Komaki has launched the updated version of its electric scooter TN 95 Sport at a starting price of Rs 1.31 lakh (ex-showroom) for the mileage range of a claimed maximum 150 kms. The more advanced variant with 180 km of claimed mileage is priced at Rs 1.4 lakh (ex-showroom).
The 203 Komaki TN 95 boasts of new anti-skid technology and is equipped with app-based smart batteries, upgraded from the hardware-based nmc battery in the outgoing model. These batteries are fire-resistant and can be juiced from 0-100 percent in under 5 hours.
Additionally, it features a new TFT screen, which supports on-board navigation, wireless controls with Bluetooth, on-ride calling facility, and sound system controls. Talking about the design, the 2023 model of this EV features new LED DRL front winkers and dual LED headlamps.
It also gets ride-assist features such as parking assist, cruise control, and reverse assist. The Komaki TN 95 electric-scooters get three riding modes namely - Eco, Sports, and Turbo.
The braking duties are performed by a dual disc brake system. It also gets a 5,000-Watt hub motor and a 50 AMP controller while the top-speed of this two-wheeler is governed at 85 kmph. It is available in two colour options - metal grey and cherry red.
