Hop Electric has finally launched its first electric motorcycle, the Hop Oxo at a starting price of Rs 1.25 lakh (ex-showroom). The top-spec Oxo X variant is priced at Rs 1.40 lakh (ex-showroom). Customers can purchase the Oxo electric motorcycle at their nearest Hop Electric dealership or through the official website.
The company is offering a standard warranty of 3-year/50,000 km on the Oxo, while the Oxo X electric motorcycle gets a 4-year unlimited km warranty. Deliveries will start from 1st October 2022.
Available in two variants - Oxo and Oxo X, the electric motorcycle gets a wide array of modern features, including a 5-inch information display with IP67 rating for seamless functionality. The Hop Oxo is offered with three ride modes - Eco, Power and Sport as well as additional Turbo mode for the Hop Oxo X variant.

Powered by a 3.75 kWh lithium-ion battery and 6,200 Watt peak power motor, the Hop Oxo electric motorcycle produces 200 Nm torque. Hop Electric claims that the e bike has a real world range of 150 km per charge. In Turbo mode, the Hop Oxo X has a top speed of 90 kmph and sprints from 0-40 km in 4 seconds.
The Oxo’s battery can be charged at any 16 Amp power socket using a portable smart charger. It takes around 4 hours to get charged from 0 to 80 percent.
In terms of technology features, the Hop Oxo electric motorcycle comes equipped with 4G connectivity, multi-mode regenerative braking, and an app with features like Anti-theft system, speed control, geo fencing and ride stats.
