EVeium has announced the launch of three new electric scooters in the Indian market, i.e. Cosmo, Comet, and Czar with prices ranging from Rs 1.44 lakh to Rs 2.16 lakh (ex-showroom, India). The company claims that all three e-scooters have been launched under the high-speed category. EVeium is actually the EV two-wheeler brand of Ellysium Automotives - the auto arm of United Arab Emirates-based company META4 Group.
CosmoPrice - Rs 1.44 lakh (ex-showroom, India)
The Cosmo e-scooter is powered by a Lithium-ion 72V and 30Ah battery which gets fully charged in 4 hours. It comes with a 2000 W electric motor, and is claimed to be able to achieve speeds of up to 65 km/h. The Cosmo will offer an 80 km riding range on a single full charge. The brand is offering the e-scooter in six colors - Bright Black, Cherry Red, Lemon Yellow, White, Blue, and Grey.
CometPrice - Rs 1.92 lakh (ex-showroom, India)
The Comet comes equipped with a Lithium-ion 72V and 50Ah battery that can also be fully charged in 4 hours. It gets a 3000W motor, and has a top speed of 85km/h with a 150 km range on a single full battery charge. The colour options on offer with the Comet include Shiny Black, Matt Black, Wine Red, Royal Blue, Beige, and White.
CzarPrice - Rs 2.16 lakh (ex-showroom, India)
Just like the Comet, the Czar also offers a 85km/hr top speed and a 150 km range on a single charge, but the latter comes equipped with a 4000 W electric motor. The flagship offering is packed with a Lithium-ion 72V and 42Ah battery which can also be fully charged in 4 hours. The Czar can be had with Glossy Black, Matt Black, Glossy Red, Light Blue, Mint Green, and White colour options.
All three scooters come equipped with features like Multiple Speed Modes (Eco, Normal and Sport), keyless Start, Anti-Theft feature, LCD Display, regenerative braking, mobile app connectivity, Find my Vehicle feature, Real-time Tracking, over-speed alert, geofencing etc. The Comet and Czar additionally get a reverse gear as well.
