Tata Curvv DCT automatic prices revealed! Starting at Rs 12.5 lakh: Details
Tata Motors has revealed the pricing for the automatic variants of its Curvv SUV, with prices starting from Rs 12.50 lakh, ex-showroom. The manufacturer had launched the petrol and diesel variants of the coupe SUV last week but had kept the pricing for the DCT automatic variants under the wraps.
The Curvv offers both petrol and diesel engines, with prices for the petrol models equipped with a dual-clutch transmission ranging between Rs 12.5 lakh and Rs 19 lakh, ex-showroom. Meanwhile, the diesel automatic variants are priced from Rs 14 lakh to Rs 19 lakh. The three engine choices available for the Curvv include a 1.2-litre turbocharged petrol engine that delivers 120 hp and 170 Nm of torque, a 1.5-litre diesel engine generating 118 hp, and the new 1.2-litre TGDI ‘Hyperion’ petrol motor that produces 125 hp and 225 Nm of torque.
All these engines come with the option of either a 6-speed manual transmission (MT) or a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic (DCT). The 1.2-litre turbo-petrol DCT is available across six variants—Pure+, Pure+ S, Creative, Creative S, Creative+ S, and Accomplished S. The diesel DCT models are available in Pure+, Pure+ S, Creative S, Creative+ S, Accomplished S, and Accomplished+ A trims. The new 1.2-litre TGDI petrol engine is offered in the higher trims, specifically Creative+ S, Accomplished S, and Accomplished+ A.
The Tata Curvv's 120hp petrol DCT variants are priced at Rs 12.5 lakh (Pure+), Rs 13.2 lakh (Pure+ S), Rs 13.7 lakh (Creative), Rs 14.2 lakh (Creative S), Rs 15.2 lakh (Creative+ S), and Rs 16.2 lakh (Accomplished S).
The 125hp petrol DCT variants start from Rs 16.5 lakh (Creative+ S), going up to Rs 17.5 lakh (Accomplished S) and Rs 19 lakh (Accomplished+ A).
For the 118hp diesel DCT, prices begin at Rs 14 lakh (Pure+), followed by Rs 14.7 lakh (Pure+ S), Rs 15.7 lakh (Creative S), Rs 16.7 lakh (Creative+ S), Rs 17.7 lakh (Accomplished S), and Rs 19 lakh (Accomplished+ A).
