Mahindra and Mahindra recently launched two new electric SUVs - the Mahindra BE 6 and XEV 9e. Both SUVs are built on Mahindra’s in-house INGLO platform, a modular skateboard architecture designed exclusively for electric vehicles. The bookings for the XEV 9e and BE 6 will begin on February 14, 2025, at 9 AM. Customers interested can book it online at Mahindra’s official website or by visiting their nearest dealer starting February 6 at 10 AM.

The XEV 9e is offered in four variants - Pack One, Pack Two, Pack Three Select and Pack Three. It’s offered in seven colour options - Everest White, Tango Red, Nebula Blue, Stealth Black, Desert Myst, Deep Forest and Ruby Velvet. The deliveries for the Pack Three versions will begin in mid-March 2025, while the remaining variants will reach customers between June and August 2025. The Pack Two versions of the XEV 9e and BE 6 are set to be delivered starting in July. In this article, let’s take a look at variant-wise features with the pricing of the CEV 9e.
Mahindra XEV 9e Pack One59 kWh - 21.9 lakh (ex-showroom, without charger)

The Pack One is the entry-level variant of the XEV 9e and features such as 19-inch wheels with aero covers, fabric upholstery and three large 12.3-inch screens—a passenger display, a touchscreen infotainment system, and a digital instrument cluster, connected technology with select remote functions, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, and over-the-air (OTA) software updates.


It also gets a single-pedal driving system and four brake regeneration modes, features virtual engine sounds three drive modes—Range, Everyday, and Race, variable-ratio power, six airbags, rear disc brakes, a brake-by-wire system, rear camera and parking sensors assist with parking, tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), driver drowsiness detection system, automatic headlights and wipers, an illuminated logo, and Bi-LED headlamps with daytime running lights and LED tail lamps, Rear seat passengers can connect external devices, and the built-in Amazon Alexa, four speakers and two tweeters, automatic climate control with rear AC vents, keyless entry and push-button start, a 150-litre front storage compartment (frunk), and a cooled glove box, front and rear 65W Type-C ports enable fast charging for devices, second-row seats offer a recline function and a 60:40 split-folding option for added flexibility, an adjustable seat height and seatbelt position, as well as a tilt and telescopic steering adjustment and cruise control.

Mahindra XEV 9e Pack Two59 kWh - 24.90 lakh (ex-showroom, without charger)

Next comes Pack Two, this trim gets features such as a panoramic sunroof, LED daytime running lights (DRLs) with a centre signature lamp, sequential turn indicators, start-up lighting sequence, 19-inch alloy wheels, leatherette seat and steering upholstery, a Level 2 ADAS suite, which includes one radar module and one camera for advanced driver assistance, tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), an automatic windshield defogger and front fog lamps with a cornering function for improved visibility, front parking sensors and an auto-dimming interior rearview mirror, a 16-speaker Harman Kardon audio setup with Dolby Atmos, front wireless smartphone charger, driver’s seat offers a 6-way power adjustment with 2-way manual lumbar support, auto-folding outside rearview mirrors, dual-zone climate control system, a tonneau cover in the boot and rear seat mounts for external devices.

Mahindra XEV 9e Pack Three Select59 kWh - 27.90 lakh (ex-showroom, without charger)

Next comes in mid-spec Pack Three Select and gets features such as an adaptive suspension, leatherette trims on the doors and dashboard, seven airbags, a blind spot monitor, and a 360-degree camera system with live recording, a Qualcomm 8295 Snapdragon chipset with 24GB RAM and 128GB storage, ensuring fast performance, auto park assist function for effortless parking, video call support, a rear wireless smartphone charger and front ventilated seats, powered flush door handles and keyless entry, powered tailgate with gesture control, second-row sunshades provide, Boss Mode feature lets rear passengers adjust the front passenger seat for more legroom.
