Mahindra October sales 2024: What fueled growth

October’s momentum was amplified by the popularity of Mahindra's latest model, the Thar ROXX, which drew 1.7 lakh bookings within the first hour of the commencement of its bookings. Other key models, including the XUV700 with recent festive discounts, and the XUV 3XO, also saw high demand, contributing to the month’s record-breaking numbers.

Additionally, Mahindra's other models are achieving strong sales across their segments. The automaker’s lineup in India includes popular models like the Thar, Thar Roxx, Scorpio Classic, Scorpio-N, Bolero, Bolero Neo, XUV700, XUV400, and XUV300. The commercial vehicle segment kept pace as well, with domestic sales reaching 28,812 units.

The company’s growth streak continued from a strong September 2024, when it recorded a robust 24 percent YoY increase in sales. The brand achieved total passenger vehicle sales of 52,590 units in September, including exports to key regions such as South Asia, the Middle East, Africa, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, and select left-hand drive markets in Latin America.
