Kia Syros: Design

Kia has been building anticipation with teaser images, showing the Syros with a sleek, MPV-like silhouette. The sketches showcase a boxy profile with a vertical DRL design up front, reminiscent of the Carnival, a detail already spotted in spy shots. Additionally, the images reveal sculpted door panels with flush handles, sturdy roof rails, and a distinctive L-shaped tail light design at the rear.

Kia Syros: Cabin and interiors

Inside, the Syros is being crafted for the “modern, tech-savvy buyer,” according to Kia, with a focus on spacious interiors and connected features. While details on the interior remain under wraps, the Syros is expected to borrow design elements from Kia’s larger models, such as the recently launched Carnival and the EV9, to create a high-tech and comfortable cabin.

Kia Syros: Engine and expected features

Though Kia hasn’t yet disclosed the engine specifications, the Syros is likely to come with engine options similar to the Sonet. This may include a 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine, a 1.0-litre turbo-petrol, and a 1.5-litre diesel engine. The Syros is also expected to pack advanced tech features like ADAS, a 360-degree camera, front parking sensors, a panoramic sunroof, and ventilated front seats.
