German carmaker BMW has launched the facelifted 3 Series Long Wheelbase (LWB) in India, priced at Rs 62.60 lakh, ex-showroom. The latest iteration of the 3 Series is available exclusively in the 330Li M Sport variant and continues to be locally assembled at BMW’s Chennai facility. Currently, the model is available only with a petrol powertrain, while a diesel variant is expected later this year.

2025 BMW 3 Series LWB: Design


The refreshed 2025 BMW 3 Series LWB retains its sporty design. The signature kidney grille now features Pearl Chrome slats, flanked by sharper adaptive LED headlights, while the rear gets a high-gloss black diffuser. Buyers can choose from four colour options: Mineral White, Skyscraper Grey, M Carbon Black, and Arctic Race Blue.

Stepping inside, the cabin now gets Vernasca Cognac leather upholstery, complemented by an Aluminium Rhombicle Anthracite finish. The dashboard houses BMW’s Widescreen Curved Display, which integrates a 12.3-inch digital driver’s display and a 14.9-inch touchscreen infotainment system running the latest iDrive Operating System 8.5. The infotainment system supports touch, gesture, and voice commands.



The 3 Series LWB is packed with features, including a panoramic sunroof, ambient lighting, three-zone automatic climate control with active carbon filters, a 16-speaker Harman Kardon sound system, wireless phone charging, and a digital key. It also gets redesigned AC vents, though the overall dashboard layout remains largely unchanged.

Besides that, BMW has equipped the 3 Series LWB with an array of safety features, including six airbags, Dynamic Stability Control (DSC), Cornering Brake Control (CBC), Attentiveness Assistance, an electric parking brake with auto-hold function, and ISOFIX child seat mounts. Additionally, the car comes with BMW’s Driving Assistant package, offering Level 2 ADAS features such as blind-spot detection and collision warnings.

2025 BMW 3 Series LWB: Engine and performance


Under the hood, the updated 3 Series LWB continues with the familiar 2.0-litre, 4-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine, producing 258 hp and 400 Nm of peak torque. Paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission, the sedan sprints from 0-100 kmph in just 6.2 seconds. Drivers can choose from three modes: Eco Pro, Comfort, and Sport.
