2025 Tata Nexon launched at Rs 7.99 lakh: New trims, features, and more
Tata Motors has launched the 2025 iteration of its popular model Nexon, with prices starting from Rs 7.99 lakh, ex-showroom. The refreshed model introduces new trims, updated features, and fresh paint options, aiming to keep the Nexon competitive in the highly contested sub-4-meter SUV segment. Here, let’s take a look at what’s on offer.
The Pure+ trim, priced from Rs 9.70 lakh, includes features such as a 10.25-inch infotainment screen with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a height-adjustable driver’s seat, and an HD rear-view camera. Moving up the ladder, the Creative trim, starting at Rs 11 lakh, boasts a 360-degree camera, cruise control, and a push-button start.
At the top of the range is the Fearless+ PS variant, priced at Rs 14.70 lakh. This fully loaded model offers a panoramic sunroof, ventilated front seats, leatherette upholstery, and a JBL 9-speaker sound system, among other features.
The 2025 Nexon comes with two new exterior shades, Royale Blue and Grassland Beige, while retiring the Flame Red and Fearless Purple options. Existing colours like Calgary White, Daytona Grey, and Ocean Blue continue to be available.
Mechanically, the Nexon remains unchanged for 2025. It retains its 1.2-litre turbocharged petrol engine delivering 118 bhp and 170 Nm of torque, alongside a 1.5-litre diesel unit producing 113 bhp and 260 Nm. A CNG variant is also available. Transmission options include a 5-speed manual, 6-speed manual, 6-speed AMT, and a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic. The model also offers an electrified version, which remains unchanged in this update.

The 2025 Nexon simplifies its variant lineup while adding a host of new features across the range. Notable among these is the reintroduction of the Smart trim, priced at Rs 8 lakh, which comes equipped with six airbags, LED lighting, multi-drive modes, and an all-digital instrument cluster.
