2023 Range Rover Sport deliveries start in India: Price, features, specs of this opulent SUV

Launched in India back in May this year, the deliveries for the 2023 Range Rover Sport have finally commenced in the country. Jaguar Land Rover is offering the latest Range Rover Sport in four variants, priced from Rs 1.64 crore (ex-showroom) onwards.

The new Range Rover Sport is being offered in four variants, namely SE, HSE, Autobiography and First Edition. It should be noted that the top-end First Edition will only be available to be booked in the SUV's first year of production.





The luxury SUV is available with two engine options - a 3.0-litre inline six-cylinder petrol unit that produces 394 hp power and 550 Nm torque, and a 3.0-litre straight six diesel that generates 346 hp and 700 Nm. Both engines come with mild-hybrid tech, and are mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission with all-wheel drive system and an air suspension.

Talking about the design, the new Range Rover Sport looks more sleeker than its predecessor, however, some styling cues bear a resemblance. It gets sharper LED headlamps, redesigned bumpers, new wraparound tail lights, and of course, new alloy wheels. The side profile is pretty similar to the outgoing model, retaining the bold and muscular appeal.

The features on offer with the high-end SUV include a 13.1-inch Pivi Pro touchscreen infotainment system, a 13.7-inch digital instrument cluster, a new multi-function steering wheel with touch sensitive controls, ClearSight IRVM, 22-way power-adjustable seats with massage function, Land Rover's Terrain Response 2 with adaptive off-road cruise control, a panoramic sunroof, 19-speaker 800W Meridian audio system and much more.Discover everything about the automotive world at Times of India.
