Buying a Royal Enfield Guerrilla? This colour is no longer available
Royal Enfield has made a small but notable change to the Guerrilla 450 lineup by quietly removing one of its colour options from sale. If you were planning to buy the roadster in its bright Yellow Ribbon shade, you may want to act fast, as the colour has now been discontinued in the Indian market. That said, some authorised dealerships may still have limited stock of the Yellow Ribbon variant, depending on availability.
The Yellow Ribbon paint scheme was exclusive to the Flash variant of the Guerrilla 450. It featured yellow body panels with contrasting purple, pixelated graphics.
The Guerrilla 450 initially came with a wide range of colour choices. However, Royal Enfield later added some more options and has now streamlined the palette by dropping the Yellow Ribbon colour. With the removal of Yellow Ribbon, the Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 is now available in six colour options. These include Brava Blue, Peix Bronze, Smoke Silver, Playa Black, Gold Dip and the recently introduced Shadow Ash.
Apart from the change in colour availability, the Guerrilla 450 remains mechanically unchanged. It continues to be powered by the 452cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine that produces 39.4 bhp and 40 Nm of torque.
As for the cycle parts, it uses telescopic forks in the front and a rear monoshock unit for suspension duties. Braking is handled by disc brakes on both wheels, supported by dual-channel ABS. At present, the motorcycle is priced from Rs 2.56 lakh, ex-showroom, and goes up to Rs 2.72 lakh, ex-showroom.
