Royal Enfield has just launched the new 2026 Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 motorcycle in the Indian market. Introduced in 2024, the Guerrilla shared its powertrain with the Himalayan 450, marking Royal Enfield’s move to bring that platform into a more road-focused format. This update addresses issues reported in the earlier version. The revisions focus on improving the overall riding and ownership experience of the road-focused model. The company has also added a new Apex variant to the lineup, featuring a more aggressive riding position targeted at riders seeking a sportier setup. 2026 Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450: Price, variants

The 2026 Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 is priced between Rs 2.49 lakh and Rs 2.72 lakh (ex-showroom), with the lineup comprising Analogue, Dash, Flash and the new Apex variant. The Apex is offered in Red at Rs 2,49,194 and in Black and Green at Rs 2,56,387, while the Dash trims include Twilight Blue at Rs 2,49,194 and Shadow Ash, Smoke Silver and Playa Bronze at Rs 2,67,116. The top-spec Flash Brava Blue is priced at Rs 2,72,479. The Apex variant is positioned as a sportier option with revised ergonomics, and prices vary by variant and colour.

2026 Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450: Engine

The Guerrilla 450 is powered by the same 452cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine shared with the Himalayan 450. The engine produces 40hp and 40Nm of torque and is paired with a six-speed gearbox. Royal Enfield has made no mechanical changes to the powertrain for the Apex variant, retaining the existing setup.

2026 Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450: Features

Features-wise, the 2026 Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 gets a tripper dash, a 4.0-inch round TFT display offering Google Maps navigation, smartphone connectivity, media controls and more. The Apex variant gets Street and Sport modes with a memory function that retains the last selected setting after the ignition is switched off, a feature also extended to the Dash and Flash variants. The Dash and Flash variants also receive updated CEAT GRIPP XL RE tyres with a revised compound and tread pattern to improve grip.


The Apex variant is fitted with road-focused 17-inch Vredestein Centauro ST tyres, aimed at delivering a sportier riding experience with improved grip on wet and low-traction surfaces. The company claims these are the widest and most grip-oriented tyres in the segment. The Apex additionally receives minor styling updates, including a headlight cowl above the LED unit, similar to the Scram 440 and Shotgun 650. It also features a removable rear seat cowl that can be taken off to reveal the pillion seat.

The 2026 Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 continues to be based on a steel twin-spar frame. It is equipped with 43mm telescopic front forks and a linkage-type monoshock at the rear. The setup is aimed at providing a balance of stability, control and consistent handling across different riding conditions.

The Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 Apex is available in red, black and green, colours exclusive to this variant and distinct from the rest of the lineup. The Apex is positioned as a more sport-oriented version, with its dedicated colour options setting it apart from standard models. The regular Guerrilla 450 continues with a wider colour range, including a newly introduced Twilight Blue, along with existing options.
