2026 Bajaj Pulsar 180 launched at Rs 1.22 lakh: Engine, features & more
Bajaj Auto has reintroduced the Bajaj Pulsar 180 in India, marking the return of one of its most recognisable nameplates. Priced at Rs 1.22 lakh, ex-showroom, the motorcycle makes a comeback after nearly three years and is positioned between the Pulsar 150 and the Pulsar 220F. The relaunch coincides with 25 years of the Pulsar brand, which first made its mark with the 150 and 180 models.
The updated Pulsar 180 retains its familiar design, including a muscular fuel tank, sporty headlamp cowl and a single-piece seat, but now gets modern touches such as an LED headlamp, LED indicators and a Bluetooth-enabled digital LCD console.
Powering the bike is a 178.6cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that produces 17 bhp at 8,500 rpm and 15 Nm of torque at 6,500 rpm, paired with a 5-speed gearbox.
On the hardware front, the Pulsar 180 is equipped with telescopic front forks and twin rear shock absorbers. Braking duties are handled by a 280 mm front disc and a 230 mm rear disc, while the bike rides on 17-inch alloy wheels. It weighs 156 kg, has a wheelbase of 1,340 mm, ground clearance of 165 mm and a 15-litre fuel tank.
The motorcycle is offered in a single variant and is available in five colour options, including Black-Blue, Black-Gold, Black-Grey, Black-Red and White.
