Know Hyundai Venue N Line loan EMI on Rs 1.4 lakh down payment: Details explained
The Venue is one of the most popular Hyundai SUVs in the Indian market, and the manufacturer recently introduced a new sportier version of the car in the country, i.e. Venue N Line to further enhance its desirability. Based on the Venue 1.0 T-GDi 7DCT, the N Line version of the sub-compact SUV features a range of cosmetic updates along with minor mechanical tweaks to make it sportier than the car it is based on.

Are you planning to buy the new Hyundai Venue N Line and wondering how much EMI would you have to pay? Here’s a table showing the variant-wise on-road (Delhi) price of the Hyundai SUV, and the lowest monthly installment you would have to shell out for it, keeping in mind an average tenure, ROI, as well as down payment -
VariantOn-road price
(Delhi)
TenureInterest rate
(estimated)
Down paymentEMI
N6Rs 14 lakh5 years9.8%Rs 1,40,000Rs 26,653
N6 dual toneRs 14.17 lakh5 years9.8%Rs 1,42,000Rs 26,974
N8Rs 15.14 lakh5 years9.8%Rs 1,51,000Rs 28,818
N8 dual toneRs 15.31 lakh5 years9.8%Rs 1,53,000Rs 29,139
To simplify, we have chosen an average tenure period of 5 years as standard, along with approximately 10% down payment amount, and an estimated 9.8% bank interest rate. Do note that the buyer is free to decide the tenure for which he/she will be taking the loan for, whereas the interest rate varies from one bank to another. Moreover, you can also choose to pay a higher or a lower down payment, which will decrease or increase your easy monthly installment (EMI) respectively.
Hyundai retails the Venue N Line in India at a starting price of Rs 12.16 lakh for the entry-level N6 variant, going up to Rs 13.30 lakh (both prices, ex-showroom) for the range-topping N8 dual tone model. However, the on-road (Delhi) price of the Hyundai SUV currently ranges between Rs 14 lakh and Rs 15.31 lakh.
For example, let's assume you decide on purchasing the N8 variant of the Hyundai Venue N Line, which currently has an ex-showroom price of Rs 13.15 lakh. If you pay Rs 1.51 lakh as down payment out of the Rs 15.14 lakh on-road (Delhi) price, you would end up paying Rs 28,818 as EMI for a period of 60 months (5 years) for a total loan amount of Rs 13.63 lakh. At the end of the tenure, you would have paid Rs 18.8 lakh (inclusive of everything) for the SUV, which also includes the down payment.
