In today's fast paced world, it is very common to have anxiety issues due to work pressure, unstable relationship, heartbreaks, unable to execute your ideas, peer pressure and many other things that happens around us. We would give an example of Bhagavad Gita in which it is clearly written in the sixth chapter that your mind can be your biggest enemy if you don't control it. Yes, it is correct, everyone should know the techniques to control their mind and learn to control your thoughts or overthinking. Here, we will explain how can you overcome your anxiety issue by controlling your mind.
First you need to check your schedule, early to bed and early to rise is a famous quotation which is true. Start waking up at Brahma Muhurat as the vibrations and divine energies are very strong during that time period and performing yoga during that time can enhance your positive energy.
Once you wake up during Brahma Muhurat, you must perform meditation for sometime and irrespective of caste, and religion, just meditate on the supreme power. In Hinduism, Buddhism and Jainism, people often chant "AUM" while meditating as it creates the high vibrations and helps to align your mind, body and soul. The meditation includes - deep breathing exercise and pranayam also. Try to balance your body with your mind and teach your mind that there's no hurry in life and sit quitely for sometime.

Mantra chanting is one of the most powerful way to create a balance between your mind and body as they have frequency, vibrations and energy so when you chant mantras, your body act positively according to those frequency. They have power to improve your immune system, rejuvenate your heart, and calm your mind. Mantra can be a verse of powerful words, affirmations, and it can be a holy name such as Radha Naam Jap and Ram Naam Jap. These are the below mentioned powerful mantras, which you can practice daily and chant at least 108 times:

Keeping this in mind that positivity comes from your healthy diet and not from the tamasik food. What you eat, you become so better you maintain and follow the sattvik lifestyle if you want to calm your mind.
There are some crystals, which you can use to remove negative thoughts from your mind such as rose quartz, clear crystal, tiger eye, and also turquoise can be used to remove negativity around you and help you to attract the positivity.
