Lunar Eclipse 2022 LIVE Updates: The last Chandra Grahan of 2022 has ended in India. The eclipse began at 02:39 PM IST. While, the total eclipse started at 3:46 PM IST. Lunar Eclipse occurs when the sun and moon are on the exact opposite side of the earth. This time people witnessed a total Grahan on Kartik Purnima. In India, only the eastern parts of the country saw the total Lunar Eclipse whereas the rest of the country saw a partial eclipse. Auspicious work should be avoided during Sutak kaal as it does not yield desired results.
Doors of temples should be shut during this phase and religious work must not be carried out.
Avoid eating food during the Sutak period.
Pregnant women should refrain from going out of the house during this period
