When here, you must offer besan laddoos and recite Hanuman Chalisa in the premises. Attend the evening aarti and witness the devotion for Hanuman.

Set on Shimla’s highest hill, Jakhu Temple is known for being home to one of the tallest Hanuman temples in the country. The 108-foot red-coloured Hanuman idol along with panoramic views of the beautiful hills create a powerful and mystical setting for devotees seeking inner strength. It is also the place where students visit before their important exams and people starting new careers.
When here, offer flowers, chant prayers and light ghee ka diya. If time permits, you can also recite Sundar Kand and spend some minutes absorbing the silence. Expect a lot of monkeys here. You are suggested not to feed them and take care of your belongings.
