The two-year brand revitalization process, is aimed not only at changing the look and feel, but also creating a series of unique experiences that are rooted in the branThd promise of Anything But Ordinary.
Priya Paul, Chairperson, The Park Hotels, and her team led by Chef Rajesh, Area Director, Food Production, are busy exploring a new direction in food to create a dining experience that is not-so-ordinary. The latest party that The Park Hotels had organized, was part of unveiling their new signature experiences that was indeed a nice surprise for the celebs present.
Speaking about the new dining experience, Chef Rajesh says, “An eating experience like never before. It weaves the modern with the classical techniques and local produce to create food with a deep Indian connect.”
The city’s swish set were introduced to a whole new dining experience which was exciting. Filled with pleasant surprises, it took everyone on a nostalgic trip. The dinner theme revolved around ‘discovery’ — to awaken the sensory performance of those lost in the realms of familiarity. Seated under a table, the setting reminded the guests of childhood days and they enjoyed every bit of it.
