LUCKNOW: Nine people accused in the 1992 Babri mosque demolition case, including former deputy PM L K Advani, former UP CM

, senior BJP politician M M Joshi and Ram Janmabhoomi Trust chairman Nritya Gopal Das will depose before a special CBI court in Lucknow through video-conferencing in a staggered schedule from Tuesday.

Besides senior BJP leaders, the others include Acharya Dharmendra Dev,

R N Srivastava

, Jai Bhagwan Goel, Amar Nath Goel and

Sudhir Kakkad

Advani is set to depose on June 30, Joshi on July 1, Kalyan Singh on July 2, Mahant Nritya Gopal Das on June 23, R N Srivastava on June 22, Jai Bhagwan Das on June 24, Amar Nath Goel on June 25, Sudhir Kakkad on June 26 and Acharya Dharmendra Dev on June 29.

When it is proven in court that prior babari masjid there existed Shri Ram Temple in Ayodhya. The court should stop hearing anymore about Babri Masjid demolition case. They should respect the Hindu monuments same way as monuments of all other religion as India is secular country. If there was no proof of Shri Ram Temple in Ayodhya then only Mr. Advaniji and others are culprit otherwise they are justified in giving the Shri Ram worshipers their temple.
