Rajkummar Rao sells saris on Bharti Singh's show Comedy Dangal

Bollywood actors often go on a promotional spree when it comes to their upcoming movies. Recently, on the launch episode of &TV’s new show, Comedy Dangal the star-cast of Bareilly Ki Barfi came to promote their movie and infused quite a bit of laughter on the set with their spontaneity and mind blowing camaraderie.

While Ayushmaan Khurrana, Kriti Sanon and Rajkummar Rao were having a gala time enjoying the ultimate battle of humor between Anu Malik’s Akhada and Bharti Singh’s Tabela...the entire team of the show took them by surprise.Soon after Rajesh Kumar and Anita Hasnanadani completed their act, the national award winning actor - Rajkummar Rao who is known for serious roles was challenged by Anita to sell saris by adding the twist of humour to it. Being a sport, the actor not only managed to sell saris to the ladies of the show but also the male actors.
A source from the set revealed, "We had a great time shooting for the first episode of Comedy Dangal since the Bareilly Ki Barfi actors were also present. It was quite unexpected of Rajkummar Rao to pull off the challenge of selling the saris but he was great with his comic timing. All the three actors encouraged the talent on the show and enjoyed themselves thoroughly."
