King of comedy Kapil Sharma bags 7th position in Forbes Celebrity 100 list

Popular comedian Kapil Sharma, who bagged 27th position in Forbes Celebrity 100 list in 2015, has this year ranked number 7 on the list.
Kapil has beaten the likes of Aamir Khan, Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra in terms of his fame.
Last year Kapil's ranking for fame was 27 and for money 51. But this time it is 11, which means he earns more than Ranveer Singh, A R Rahman and Aamir Khan.

From 'Comedy Nights With Kapil' to 'The Kapil Sharma Show', Kapil's hard work has surely paid off.
Earlier this year Kapil's tiff with Colors channel made him pull off 'CNWK'. This move led to 'The Kapil Sharma Show' on Sony Entertainment which gained immense popularity in no time. The Kapil Sharma Show's rating proves that he is still the king of comedy.
Kapil's competitors Bharti Singh and Krushna Abhishek are also on the list, at No. 98 and 100 respectively.
This is the fifth time Kapil Sharma has featured on the Forbes list.

Kapil is a household name because of his shows and the events he hosts. In 2014, he was invited as a guest on 'Kaun Banega Crorepati 8' and 'The Anupam Kher Show'.
This year Kapil broke all his previous records by ranking amongst the top 10. Kapil will also be seen on Karan Johar’s chat show 'Koffee With Karan' which features A-list celebs.
