Taarak Mehta ka Ooltah Chashma: Babita and Iyer face trouble in their perfect marriage

In the upcoming track of the show 'Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah', Iyer (Tanuj Mahashabde) plans to throw a surprise for Babita (Munmum Dutta) to celebrate the day he proposed to her.

Everyone at Gokuldham society is impressed with Iyer’s gesture and the ladies start comparing their husbands to Iyer.

Babita posts the pictures of her ‘propose day’ celebrations on social media and her friend Maushami gets in touch with her and pays Babita a visit.Maushami discusses about her unhappy married life with Babita when Iyer calls her from work. Babita excuses herself and takes the call, however she forgets to cut the call and goes on to console her friend. While consoling her friend Babita lies about her being unhappy with Iyer. She goes on to say that she doesn’t really love Iyer and tries to adjust with him. Iyer who is still on the call overhears the entire conversation and is heartbroken. He doesn’t tell Babita that he overheard her conversation with her friend, which leads to a misunderstanding between the two.

Tanuj Mahashabde said, “Audiences have loved the pairing of Babita and Iyer, and for the first time see trouble in their relationship. Iyer happens to overhear Babita’s conversation with her friend and misunderstands the whole situation. The frustration piles up and finally the members of Gokuldham society will have to intervene.”
