Aamir Ali, who is currently seen in 'Dilli Wali Thakur Gurls', along with wife Sanjeeda Sheikh is off to the US to attend the India Independence Day parade this year.
While Aamir is busy with his shoot, an excited Sanjeeda says, “We were invited last year too, but since both of us were busy with our shoots, we could not make it. This is the first time we are celebrating Independence Day out of India and I am really looking forward to it since last year when we celebrated Diwali in UK.
It was quiet exciting to celebrate an Indian festival abroad.”

The couple is also taking it as a short holiday after a long time. “We had already booked our dates two months in advance so Aamir had enough time to inform the production house who made the script changes and gave him a week off... The US rings bells in my mind and I will be even staying a bit longer than Aamir since I have not gone on a real vacation since 'Ek Hasina Thi'.”
Want to know more about the lovely couple? Aamir and Sanjeeda married recently after dating each other for a long time. While Sanjeeda believes Aamir to be just perfect for her, Aamir too is in a happy phase. So much so that Aamir says, "Sanjeeda and I are pretty excited about having kids."
