Kangana-Imran's live-in relation in Marathi?

We are aware that a Bollywood film titled 'Katti Batti', helmed by Nikhil advani and starring Kangana Ranaut and Imran Khan, is in the making.
Now, it's learnt that a Marathi film with the same title 'Katti-Batti' will hit the cinema screens this month end.
We were wondering whether the films have more in common apart from a similar title. Sources indicate that like the Bollywood movie, the Marathi outing, directed by Rajendra Pawar, too revolves around a bold subject involving teenagers.It was reported that Advani's film is about a couple's (Kangana and Imran) live-in relationship which hits a rough patch when Kangana gets pregnant.
Whether the two films are based on similar lines, only time will tell.
