Piyali (Durga) Munssi returns to TV

Remember the graceful goddess Durga from Colors' show Jai Jag Janani Maa Durga? The actress who portrayed the role of goddess Durga is all set to return to Television.
If sources are to be believed, Piyali Munnsi has bagged B.K.Modi's Buddhaon Zee TV. "Piyali will essay the character of Sujata, who meets (King Siddhartha) 'Buddha' in a jungle. They spend time together and Sujata plays a very important role in Buddha's life as she helps him to find 'nirvana in the jungle."
"Sujata is the one who feeds the 'kheer' to Buddha.This 'kheer' chapter is one of the famous highlights in Buddha's life," adds source.

When contacted, Piyali confirmed the news, "It's a wonderful experience to be associated with Buddha."
Post Durga, Piyali was seen in a few episodics on TV.
