Bhoot Aaya to go off-air; season 2 in plans?

Sony Entertainment Television's Bhoot Aaya produced by filmmaker Akashdeep Sabir and wife Sheeba will bid adieu to fans soon.

Sources inform that Bhoot Aaya has not been able to garner good numbers since its launch and due to the constant dipping numbers, the channel has decided to pull the plug on the show. We also hear that the last episode of Bhoot Aaya will air in the first week of April 2013.
When contacted, Akashdeep said, "Yes, season one of the show is going off-air but we will soon be back with season 2 which will have a lot of changes. We are currently working on it and it will be more spookier than the current season."
