Rajkumar Hirani opens up about Sanjay Dutt and Ranbir Kapoor's alleged rift

Ranbir Kapoor is all set to feature in the much-awaited biopic on Bollywood star Sanjay Dutt directed by Rajkumar Hirani. To gear himself up for this challenging role, Ranbir has been trying to spend quality time with the 'Munnabhai' actor.
However, reports suggest that Sanju baba created quite a stir when he said he has been trying to avoid the Kapoor lad as he can't spend more than half an hour with anybody.He added that it is a difficult task for anyone to play him on screen.
Contrary to the reports, Rajkumar Hirani put all the rumors to rest. According to him, Sanjay has a habit of softly joking and he did the same with Ranbir. He went on to add that the 'Saawariya' actor wants to increase his interactions with Dutt to immerse himself in the role.
Ranbir has always been in awe of the senior actor and admitted that it would be a major challenge for him to step into the shoes of the actor. He also spoke about his amazing rapport with Sanjay Dutt and the bond they share.
