Why is Aditya Roy Kapur calling himself Noor these days?

Aditya Roy Kapur has completely immersed himself in the character of Noor from Abhishek Kapoor's Fitoor. While actors keep experimenting with their looks for film, he seems to have taken method acting to another level.
While he has been on vacation, he continues to introduce himself with his reel life name – Noor.

Noor is an extremely intense character. So even while Aditya decided to take a break, he decided to consciously continue to live in Noor’s mould.Playing a loner in the film the actor decided to make this trip to Thailand solo and introduced himself as Noor to everyone. Noor is an artist, so Aditya has also been trying to sketch in his free time.
The film is an adaptation of Great Expectations written by Charles Dickens and will star Katrina Kaif and Rekha in lead roles.
