Akshay and Shruti romance over coffee in 'Gabbar Is Back'

The fresh pairing of Akshay Kumar and Shruti Haasan in Gabbar Is Back is garnering a lot of interest, and the new romantic number – Coffee Peetey Peetey – is likely to add to their sizzling chemistry.
The melodious track that was shot during the peak tourist season with scores of spectators, is said to be Akshay’s favourite song from the album.

It’s heard that people around started cheering for the actors when they were performing. The excitement level rose, and both Akshay and Shruti broke into an impromptu jig and sang the entire song for the crowd that had gathered, turning the shoot into a kind of a mini-concert.Shruti will be seen in her uber cool girl-next-door look in the film while supporting aam aadmi Gabbar (Akshay’s character) in the battle that he wages against corruption and immoral officials.
'Gabbar Is Back', produced by Viacom18 Motion Pictures, Sanjay Leela Bhansali, and co-produced by Shabinaa Khan, releases this Friday.
