Akshay Kumar’s ‘Jolly LLB 2’ earned Rs 5.50 crore (nett) on Saturday and took the total domestic collection to Rs 82 crore (nett), according to a report on boxofficeindia.com.
The film’s producers also released their figures, which quote that the movie has earned Rs 6.35 crore on Saturday and the total domestic box-office collection stands at Rs 88.20 crore.

The 2013 film had Arshad Warsi and Boman Irani in lead roles and was a sleeper hit. For the second installment, director Subhash Kapoor chose Akshay to lead the cast while
Huma Qureshi, Annu Kapoor and Saurabh Shukla essay prominent roles.
‘Jolly LLB 2’ presents Akshay as Jagdishwar Mishra, an unscrupulous lawyer who turns over a new leaf after an unfortunate episode leaves him scarred. He sets out to seek justice at all costs while Annu Kapoor plays his rival lawyer. Akshay’s performance has won him acclaim from the critics and audience alike.
