The film revolves around dancer Ichhe, who is attracted to writer-cum-anchor Neel (Saswata Chatterjee) and develops a deep relationship with him. This is noticed by other troupe members and as a result, the troupe's master, Srijan, intervenes and forces them to split up.Srijan is afraid that he might lose Ichhe, who he sees as an asset for his troupe -an investment he cannot afford to lose. Ichhe reluctantly surrenders to his whims. Ichhe starts liking photographer Rupam (Shaheb Bhattacherjee), though, in her heart, she still loves Neel. After splitting with Ichhe, Neel becomes a recluse, but is forced to take up a job as a radio jockey . Ichhe reconnects, through radio, with Neel. Sweet memories of her time with Neel come rushing back and she has a nervous breakdown
