NEW DELHI:
Maruti Suzuki reported a 12% decline in fourth quarter net profit at Rs 1134 crore as lower production and higher advertising expenses impacted margins.
The company said it lost nearly 10000 units production in the
Jat agitation that hit Haryana in the previous quarter.
The company's net sales revenue grew 12% at Rs 14,925 crore.
The company said that lower other income also impacted its profit in the quarter.
Maruti Suzuki's sales numbers in the quarter was up 4% at 3.6 lakh units.
