Majority of Indian Doctors are now big businessman- having huge black money.. They never give money receipt or so in any form, so that they actual income discloses. but they are earning every month in millions. Govt. should make a law to combat it.. All Doc. who is practicing in private should provide Govt. printed prescriptions pads with govt. serial numbers, mentioning printed visiting fees on it. eg. Dr. x charges Rs. 200 per visit / patients.. on prescription it should be mentioned. Without the Govt. prescribed prescription pad no one should be allowed to purchase medicine from medical shop. and by doing this end of the year Govt. can get the actual income & Income tax from those business man (Dr's).

When OCI (Overseas Citizens of India) scheme was launched it provided that OCI card holders would be treated at par with other Indian citizens, except for certain elected positions. But Income Tax department discriminates against them. Does not give the same benefit in exemption limit to seniors, does not let OCI to give form 16 so that tax is not deducted at source by bannks, deducts 30% as against 10% for Indian citizens. Interest rates should also be at par with Indian Citizens. This discrimitaion should stop, so that OCI are encouraged to keep deposits in India.

Dear FM I would like to suggest to consider on following points-1) It's been long time since travel allowance Rs 800 was given to employee. Considering current Fuel prices hike it should be increased to Rs. 1500.2)Children Education fee has been clubbed with 80C which is for saving which is not actually saving kind of thing, its expense. So it should be segregated from 80C and its amount should be increased upto Rs50K.3)Savings under 80C should be increased upto Rs. 200K.4)Exemption on house loan interest payment should be increased to Rs. 300K as in current scenarios there is hardly any property available which cost less than Rs.1500K and interest rate is also high.
