Madhur does a hat-trick!

After all, it was none other than Amitabh Bachchan who paid him a beautiful compliment. ���Madhur Bhandarkar is the new-age Hrishikesh Mukherjee,��� said Big B, as he felicitated the filmmaker who recently won his third National award, at an event organised by Ashish Shelar on Saturday night.
The turnout was good, with directors and actors who have been a part of his success story, coming to celebrate with the director.Sudhir Mishra, Kunal Kemmu, couple Konkona SenSharma and Ranvir Shorey, Shailendra Singh and Madhur���s latest pair, Mugdha Godse and Arjan Bajwa were all present. Ashoke Pandit was seen catching up with Vipul Shah, Abhijeet and Asif Bhamla enjoyed a casual chat while Madhur���s wife Renu played perfect hostess.
All eyes were on a much younger looking Sonali Bendre, in a hip, short haircut; she walked in late into the night with hubby Goldie Behl. Tony Singh, Vikaas and Vijay Kalantri and Suhas Awchat with his striking 6���3��� son Sudeep were among the other guests enjoying Madhur���s trilogy success.
